Completed in 2020, this 9,500 sq ft three story restaurant touts a 1,500 sq ft mezzanine level and a 3,700 sq ft roof top deck with a central canopy perfect to enjoy great food and spectacular views of the city. Nestled in Piedmont Heights just minutes from Piedmont Park this Authentic Italian eatery showcases a hanging wine bar, wood fired oven and architecture and décor reminiscent of southern Italy. This tenant improvement project took a lot of coordination and review to ensure it was sufficient for the proposed occupancy.
