TSU Student Housing - Stephensville, Texas
This project consisted of 8 – three story buildings of 3 different types each approximately 8,400 sq ft. Each building housed 4 – bedroom units on each floor and one building housed a clubhouse at ground level. The foundations were on expansive soils so a drilled pier and grade beam foundation solution was provided to minimize the impact on the building serviceability. Construction began in 2021 and the buildings will be able to house approximately 92 students.
