UWG Student Housing - Carrollton, Georgia
This project consisted of Phase II of the Villages on campus with 8 – three story buildings of 3 different types each approximately 5,800 sq ft for and 7,700 sq ft. Each building housed 6 – bedroom units on each floor and one building housed a clubhouse at ground level. The wood framed structure utilized shallow foundations due to suitable soils in the area. Construction completed in 2020 and the buildings will be able to house approximately 138 students.
